A Little Bit
About Me

Hi, I'm Alex! I'm a UX/UI Designer who lives in the Bay Area with 2 years of experience. I have proficient visual and UI Design skills in Figma and Photoshop. I am passionate about delivering positive beautiful, clean interfaces and user-centered experiences improving the customer journey.

I find UX Design to be a fascinating, multifaceted field. The overlap of disciplines such as research, psychology, design, and business and the use of skills including empathy and problem-solving align with my skill sets and interests.
My Why

Working at a small dance studio and chatting with my boss about business are just confirmations of why I'm so passionate about UX.

Because the conversations have kept going back to the necessity of providing customer-focused experiences and how many businesses are failing in customer service and user experience. It's almost as if the pandemic has shone a light on how horrible corporations treat their customers and leave them in the dark.

People have better things to do with their lives than trying to figure out how to contact so-and-so,

OR how to submit this paperwork,

OR having to spend days waiting for this customer service rep to respond to you after contacting them 100 times,

OR navigating through an old website that hasn't been updated in 10 years.

So this is all to say that...

I create efficient experiences so that people can spend their time on the things that are most important to them because time is the actual currency of life. Your most valuable thing is time.
